2. PRODUCTS

3. PRICES
Prices displayed on our UK website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Prices for customers shopping in the Romania market are displayed in Romanian Lei (RON).

UNUTTERED products are produced to order through trusted third-party production and fulfilment partners.
Production begins after an order has been placed and processed.
As products are made to order, production and dispatch times may vary.
Using third-party fulfilment partners does not affect your contractual relationship with UNUTTERED or your statutory consumer rights.
UNUTTERED remains responsible to customers for products purchased through our store.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver orders within the stated timeframe and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
UNUTTERED remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated, subject to applicable law.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Products genuinely personalised or made to a customer's individual specifications may be subject to specific legal exceptions.
The fact that a standard UNUTTERED product is produced to order does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.
